2026 AGM and Director Election Results

There were four Director positions available this year, with terms ranging from one to three years. There were two current Board members seeking re-election and two candidates nominated prior to the meeting.

Those seeking election to the Board of Directors were:

Devon Hodder – Yellowknife
Kristen Woldum – Yellowknife
Dian Papineau-Magill – Hay River
Dorothy Mandeville – Hay River

Congratulations to Devon Hodder and Kristen Woldum, who were re-elected to serve on the Lakeshore Co-op Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting.

Lakeshore Co-op would like to extend a sincere thank you to Mark Needham for his extraordinary 32 years of service on the Board of Directors, including many years as Board President.

Mark played an instrumental role in guiding the Co-op through major milestones, expansions, renovations, governance development, and the acquisition of the Hay River location. His leadership and long-term commitment helped shape the strong organization Lakeshore Co-op is today.
